Hello, I just bought a second-hand Storio TV, and my problem is that it is locked by a parental control (in case of forgetting, the code is sent to an email address that I do not have access to). I called the VTech company, and they told me that there is nothing we can do.
My question is, do you have a solution to reset the console without access to the settings?
Or is it possible to change a program, and if so, which one and how do I proceed?

Since this is parental control, help won't be possible here on CCM.

In short, I just have to throw it in the trash, I'm disgusted to throw away equipment that could still be working.
