Hello,
Following an invalid email address (even though it was working normally!!!) and a hacked password, my profile has been locked for 2 weeks. I even found my password in place of my email address!!!!!
I changed my email address, but it’s still the same. Despite my numerous requests to the site, either through "forgot password" (but invalid email), or through contact (at the bottom of the page). No response from them. They are turning a deaf ear. I can no longer respond to the messages I had ongoing.
I recreated another profile, but it doesn't look professional, and knowing that my first profile is "locked for life" troubles me. Is this site really serious?
If anyone has a solution, it would be welcome.
