Hello,
since I've had my Mac, I installed Windows 10 with Parallels 11 and it worked perfectly.
But since I tried the new version Parallels 15 for free and it has expired, I can't go back to 11....an error message appears. Do you have any solutions to suggest? I was thinking of uninstalling everything and then reinstalling, but I don't know how to do that!!!!

You don't describe the context very precisely. Is it the Parallels Desktop application itself that refuses to launch, or is it the virtual machine? What is the version of macOS involved?
One can imagine that the virtual machine has been modified to work in Parallels 15, and as a result, it is no longer readable by Parallels 11. If that's the case, I'm afraid your only options are to revert to a backup (if you have one) or to recreate your virtual machine. But that's just a supposition...
