At RRD preparation.

Here is my experience:

Very bad experience.
First order sent incorrectly, I ordered an ITALKIT carbon flap box and received a flap box in karbonite (coated fiberglass), reference error during the package preparation. As I noticed too late, I still obtained the price difference by specifying that I would be ordering carbon blades from them next month along with another product.
With next month approaching, I ordered (last week) the carbon blades along with a rave 2 from ITALKIT, both products being stated as in stock.
Payment made, I receive a message stating that the order is waiting for delivery from the supplier, 2 to 5 days of waiting!!!!
For products declared in stock, well done!!
Two emails and two days of waiting, no response. I called by phone, explanation: one must read below the order, it is stated that the delivery time may be extended due to product supply wait!!! So in this case, why declare it as in stock??? In stock at the supplier????
Yesterday I received a message explaining that the rave 2 is available but waiting for the carbon blades (not in stock, wow!), possibility to deliver me all at once if I’m patient or in two shipments if I agree to pay an extra 9.90 euros for the delivery of the blades!.
Okay, I mention that I am willing to pay the additional 9.90 euros if necessary, the rave 2 being more urgent than the blades, but I remind them that the origins of the carbon blades issue are not my fault but due to their rather questionable management! A commercial gesture would be welcome from their part!!
This morning, I received an email of cancellation with a refund (still)!!!
Conclusions: incompetent, bad merchant, selling products they do not have, fanciful supply deadlines, lies, and a waste of time.
Look around, in the end there are more serious and cheaper options online (by at least 20%).
I strongly advise against them and will promote that!

I noticed on another forum that general reviews converge towards the same conclusion: unreliable.
