Hello, I'm trying to connect my Xiaomi Airdots Bluetooth earbuds to my HP laptop
I managed to pair them, but when I click on "connect," it shows me this
"This operation didn't work. Please ensure your Bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again
I'm on Windows 10 Home
I've already tried updating the Bluetooth drivers, but I have the latest version

    Hi,

    Would another device already be connected to your earbuds? For example, a smartphone or another device that has its Bluetooth turned on and is paired with the headphones?

      I just tried to disconnect all the devices I don't use
      but it hasn't changed anything, it still shows me the same error.

      I'm not talking about disconnecting all the devices on the PC...

      But rather about checking that another device (phone, tablet, who knows) is already connected to the earbuds.

      Are the earbuds turned on? In pairing mode?
