Crackling on Marley turntable

Hello,

A while ago, I was gifted a Marley Stir It Up turntable, which I connected to a Philips soundbar, but when I listen to a record, there is a really annoying crackling sound.
I plugged headphones directly into the turntable and I still have this crackling (on the left earphone).
Does anyone know how I could fix this problem, please?

Thanks in advance.

Did you unplug the RCA cables from the turntable before listening with headphones?

    See you . . .

      Hello,

no, I haven't unplugged them, I'll try tonight, but do you think it could be the cables or the soundbar?

For now, I'm thinking about RCA cables. If they are not of good quality, especially in terms of shielding, it can lead to humming/crackling.

      See you later. . .
