Display issue with contacts in contacts to discover

Hello, I'm trying to sync my Instagram contacts but it's not working, a wheel keeps spinning and nothing happens. I've activated contacts in Instagram, everything's fine, but I can't see my contacts on Instagram.

So is this a problem on my end? If so, how can I fix it? Or is it a broader issue because it's frustrating. I'd like to know who in my contacts has Instagram, and this problem has been persisting for about 4 days.
