Why is everything I've tried not working? The TV always shows "not available."

    Hello,

    Try unplugging the power cord, wait a quarter of an hour, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (restore factory settings) but you'll have to redo the entire setup.

      The control panel located under the TV is locked, so there's nothing I can do... Please help me...
