Hello,
I must have made a mistake with the Telefunken 401 HOMMY landline as it says "unsubscribed" on the phone and it can no longer receive calls nor can I make calls.
Can anyone help me?

    Hello,
I can't find the manual for your device!

Make sure the base is properly powered...
If the issue isn't coming from there, try this procedure extracted from another Telefunken model

Is the base properly powered electrically?

Try removing the batteries from the handset... wait 1 minute then put them back in place (be careful with the polarities)

    Do you have the manual?
During the registration attempt you made, did everything go normally? Except that the process did not complete successfully?

No anomalies on the device (faded writings or otherwise) that might suggest the batteries are worn out?

There are two batteries that work well.

A priori, the handset does not seem to show any signs of weakness.
Check again... that the electrical outlet is operational, that the power cable connected to the base is fully inserted.
Either the base is not powered, or it is malfunctioning, or the registration procedure has not been carried out correctly.

You did not respond regarding how the previous registration attempt went...
This procedure must be completed within a limited time.
Try doing it again, but to avoid timing issues, start the procedure on the handset and finish by pressing the button on the base.

The electrical socket works very well, I unplugged and plugged the socket back in and nothing works.

Refaire la procédure comme dit juste avant (procédure sur combiné avant d'appuyer sur le bouton de la base).
