Windows Store is very slow compared to my real connection

Hi. I have super weird problems with the Windows Store
so I have a connection capped at 110Mbit/s however when trying to download ForzaHorizon 4
I notice that the speed is only 25Mbits. knowing that at no moment my connection is saturated I’m the only one on the network and there is no throttling set in the distribution optimization tab it must come from the server does anyone have solutions ?

    Hi,

    There is a function to limit bandwidth on Windows Update.
    This also limits the Windows Store.
