Hello everyone,
for a few weeks now my sound has been crackling and very poor quality. This coincided with an update "Realtek Semiconductor Corp - MEDIA" that has been installed on the computer. Unfortunately, I cannot remove this update.
Here are the specifications of my PC:
Lenovo ideapad 330S - 15ARR
64-bit operating system.
AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 2 GHz processor
4GB RAM
Thank you in advance for any solutions you may suggest.

Hello. I have the same problem. There’s a crackling noise from the speakers. Except when I'm on Microsoft Edge. As soon as I'm on Firefox or Chrome, it crackles. Even the "System" sounds crackle when I'm not online... Help me!!!

Hello,
What operating system please?-
-
1-open the volume mixer
2-click on "Sound Systems"
3-in the "Playback" tab, select the output device that is crackling
4-In the "Levels" tab, check the sound level
5-Disable the filters in the "Enhancements" tab
6-In the "Spatial sound" tab disable the effects
7-check in all tabs if there is not a preamp turned up to the max
8-Check if there is not a dedicated software for LENOVO sound devices
Last point, are you sure you haven't spilled anything on your PC speakers, any liquid is often fatal for the speaker membranes? -

Same problem. But when I play a video on Edge and pause it, "more" problems. But it's a bit of a workaround. I'm still searching for the solution.
