Hello,
My problem is that for several days now, when I unplug my charger from my Samsung Galaxy J3 2016, a yellow triangle appears on my battery icon and I lose all my charge, so I have to plug it back in every time.
So what should I do? Should I take it for repair or not?

Hello,
Maybe calibrating the battery will solve the problem; it doesn't cost anything to try. Look for battery calibration in the Play Store.
Or the battery is almost dead, and this is a way to warn you.
