Unable to create a playlist

Hello,

I just created a new YouTube account and for the past hour, I've been trying in vain to create my playlist....

I've watched YouTube videos, etc. and each time the option they mention doesn't exist (my channel, add playlist, create playlist)

I want to clarify that I've had another account for over 5 years and I easily created a playlist there, but now I'm struggling and it's driving me crazy...

Does anyone know why I don't have the options/buttons to create one?

I had the same problem: You first need to create your Channel on YouTube even if you're not using it.
Then you will have the option to create a New Playlist when you add a Video.
