Remove Toggle Navigation

Hello everyone,

Since this morning, when I go to my health insurance page (secure after login), a Toggle Navigation button is located at the top left of the page and the display of these pages is no longer correct (one dropdown menu that cannot be closed, oversized font, etc.).

The same phenomenon occurs whether on Firefox, Opera, or Edge.

I have run several anti-malware programs, but this issue is not detected (including with AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes).

So far, this is the only site where this bar appears.

I checked my PC (installed programs), but I don’t have anything resembling Toggle and therefore can’t uninstall anything.

I don’t know if this might be informative, but having uBlock Origin on Firefox, I right-clicked on the Toggle Navigation button and the following appears:

One last piece of information: I installed the latest version of CCleaner on Friday in a rush and did not check if any additional programs were installed, but if that were the case, why would Toggle only appear in one instance and on a secure site, no less?

If anyone has managed to resolve this same issue, I would be happy to know the solution because I need to send health quotes (which I apparently managed to do for at least one), but access to the replies is not appearing because of this chaos.

    then:

    To check your computer for any infections and get a general system status:

    Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. ( take the time to read it carefully - everything is well explained ).

    Download and run the FRST scan,
    Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

    Three FRST reports will be generated:
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.
    • Additional.txt


    Send these 3 reports to the site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and in return, provide the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new response so we can review them.

    (The blue links lead to step-by-step explanatory tutorials, click on them for more precise instructions to follow).
