Hello,

What should I do please, my device turns off by itself just 5 seconds after I turn it on, it can be powered on but turns off every time. Why is this happening? Can someone tell me what I should do?

    Hello.

This often comes from one of the 2 transistors (for older models) or the integrated circuit (for newer models) that powers the relay contact (usually SPDT). The latter connects the 230 volts to the transformer or the switching power supply. If one of the transistors or the integrated circuit is faulty, the relay trips and cuts off the main power supply.

Another fault, but more serious = The integrated amplifier is short-circuited (and therefore dead) and the safety module activates immediately by cutting the relay circuit.

In both cases, there is not much to do but to take it for repair to a Hi-Fi technician.

Or, though a rarer fault, a speaker is short-circuited, the speaker coil is fried, and again the safety module activates. For checking = disconnect the speakers from the system and then turn it back on.

    See you later . . .

You're welcome :) . . . I don't know if your audio system is still under warranty, but just to remind you, the law of March 18, 2016, mandates that the warranty is automatically extended to 2 years from the date of purchase for any electrical and electronic device.
So if this audio system is still under warranty, don't hesitate at all.

      Hi . . .
