Hello,

Here is my problem: on my PC, I have an SSD drive (C:) on which Windows is installed and a drive (D:) with more storage space.

Earlier, Windows suddenly restarted after its famous blue screen accompanied by a sad smiley.

Once the restart was completed, my D: drive had disappeared. When I try to open it from quick access, it gives me an error message (not available, etc.) and when I open disk management, my D: drive does not appear at all.

Can you help me?

Thank you very much in advance!

Hello,
Check if your disk is properly connected, see if it appears in the BIOS, and if it is properly connected but does not appear in the BIOS, it is possible that it is faulty.
