Problem with my PS Vita charging

Hello
I have a problem with my PS Vita, it won't charge

When I plug it in, it shows that it's charging for a few moments, then it stops charging

And when I turn it on, it shows that the battery is not charging, it works for a few seconds then it shows the battery is empty.

Please, I’m looking for a solution.

    Sorry if the response is a bit late.
    There are probably only two alternatives: either the battery has an issue, or the charger being used has one (is it old? Is it certified by Sony – in other words, official?).

    Visiting a console repair shop to ask for their opinion (at least, it's free) could guide you in searching for adequate solutions to do yourself online (not all battery repair manipulations are complicated, but the risk of damaging your console if done incorrectly is still there, you should be aware of that...)
