I took a little look, and it seems like a scam to me.
You have to pay to interact with people (if they are even real people), pay to read a message, pay to send one...
Moreover, the reviews on the store are really bad and all talk about a scam:

There are plenty of legitimate dating sites, in my opinion, you should consider another option.

I have already been scammed out of over 1200€ on this site! They have fake profiles.. Notice that the photos are all perfect.. Dream profiles.. I emphasize that this is to be able to interact on the site in less than 2 weeks!! It’s a big scam!!!
