Hello,
my Itel A33 has been locked overnight by a protection system asking for a code that I never set up before. I've also read some articles about other people facing the same issue; it displays "please enter the privacy protection password to unlock." So I'm a bit lost because I don't know how to unlock it;
I would also like to know if there is a password to enter for this kind of problem. I was able to tell you about my situation through my older brother's phone, and thank you again, I hope you can help me.
