Hello...
Sometimes it suffices to disable WMP and then re-enable it so that this bug disappears ..... but not every time ... but worth trying as indicated below
1-Open the Control Panel
2-Programs and Features
3-Turn Windows features on or off (See left window)
4-A window opens >>> Please wait .......
5-Search for Media Features
6-Uncheck the Media Features box (including 3 sub-boxes if Windows 7)
7-Answer yes despite the warning then wait ....
8-Restart the machine >>> All media features have been disabled
9-Re-enable the media features by following the same procedure as for the deactivation but by checking the Media Features to repair them and everything should be okay
However you will very likely need to reorganize the library in the player because it will probably be empty after deactivation
A+ for your future comments....But if none >> Resolved
Best regards
