External battery no longer charges

Hello everyone,
I have a portable charger from the brand Temium that I've had since January and it has never had any issues. But tonight, the night before leaving for vacation, when I try to charge my portable charger so I can charge my phone during the trip, it no longer charges. Could you let me know if there are any quick solutions to try?

        Yes,
        the lifespan of a battery is very unpredictable ...
        On my phone, the battery was dead after three months of use.
