I need to repurchase a game I’ve already bought

Hello, I have a problem. At some point I bought my game (STEEP) on the PS Store. One day I uninstalled it to make space on my PS4. Today I tried to re-download it, but when I went to the PS Store it said I had to pay 19.99€, even though I had already purchased it. Can you help me? Also, I had purchased an expansion.

      No no, I bought it on the PS Store but not as the free monthly game.

      There's something in the settings I think. Restore the values and activate the account as the primary PS4.
