Root Condor Plume L3 android 8.1

Hello,
I bought a Condor Plume L3, received it yesterday, I'm trying to root it but it's impossible, KingoRoot freezes and then fails.
When I try to flash it with the software provided by the Condor site, it also freezes.
Apparently, my phone and my computer are not communicating. I've been searching for USB drivers for the Plume L3, but either they won’t install or they’re for the L2...
Has anyone managed to root/flash it?
Thank you for your help!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.100

Hello,
Can you put it into fastboot mode?
You need to enable USB debugging and unlock OEM in the developer options beforehand.

How does the phone react to reflashing?

I don’t think I managed to flash it, I just unlocked the bootloader, I have confirmation of this when I start my phone
I followed this tutorial https://www.android[ENLEVER]weblog.com/root-condor-plume-l2-install-twrp-recovery/et I found a TWRP recovery for my PLUME L3 phone here https://www.media[ENLEVER]fire.com/file/ggwjyfea89gz09a/TWRP-3.3.0-0423-O-mod-SP638-Yassine-DZPG.zip.
I managed to put SuperSU on my SD card and install it from the boot recovery, but I’m not sure if the installation is correct. What’s certain is that I didn’t manage to root it.
The second problem is when I’m in recovery mode, I don’t have the same interface at all as presented at the end of the tutorial...

Sorry for the [ENLEVER], otherwise the links prevented the posting of my message.

Once the recovery is installed, you can do everything on the phone.
Is the recovery you have touch-based, or is it a menu that is controlled with the physical buttons like before?
TWRP is touch-based, it is possible that you failed its installation if you started the phone right after, which sometimes restores the old recovery. You need to boot into TWRP immediately after its installation.

It seems that I was right, according to the link you sent me (androidweblog, "step 7 (important)".

You probably need to reinstall TWRP and trigger it at the restart moment.

Thank you, is there a confirmation message under fastboot when installing TWRP?

In my memories, the console displays the prompt again once the flashing is complete.
But rather rely on what the phone shows.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.3.1-0-condor.img
target reported max download size of 134217728 bytes
sending 'recovery' (7100 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.455s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.103s]
finished. total time: 0.561s
here is the result from the console, the phone only displays "USB Transmission OK ..." should I reboot by forcing the recovery at that moment or is there a command?
