Hello, I would like to buy shoes on this site but the offers seem so tempting that I have doubts about their authenticity. Has anyone here ever bought from this site? If so, what do you think?

Well, I checked the site:

- Too beautiful discounts
- No legal notices
- Spelling mistakes (few in number but more significant in "terms and conditions"
- And above all, the links to social networks are incorrect

I wouldn't go there.

  You can’t find Off-White selling for 500 when being resold for 80, that's impossible. There are no discounts on luxury brands, so it's 100% fake, especially since those models are no longer available at retail. So having them for 80 on sale, there’s no question about it, it’s fake.

  Never buy there, everything is fake. I bought some Nike 97 and received them with an impeccable delay, but the shoes were uncomfortable, they smelled like paint, had a lot of imperfections, and size issues. In short... Don’t buy from them.

To follow up on my previous message: BIG SCAM !!!!!
I have sent my fourth email to customer service in 6 days and have received no response (except for the one where they told me to contact the post office). I have therefore lost 70 euros because the return deadline expires tomorrow: YAY !!!!
I can’t do anything because there is no return address or phone number on the site; the package comes from Luxembourg but below there is another label showing that it comes from Asia, so without any indications from them I prefer to keep the shoes because if they don't refund me, I will try to sell them by stating a size 44 of course, I have no intention of scamming anyone MYSELF.
Just in case you are still wondering: SPshoe is crap....

polyurethane ankle boots while they are advertised as leather
supposedly on sale for €39.90 instead of €69.90
found for €17.06 on the Floryday site which should also be avoided!

Hello,
I advise against it and I should have abstained. I received a pair of AIR MAX 90 (NIKE) two days ago.
The shoes are beautiful, seem authentic; I know this because I'm a fan of Air Max. The problem is the size, the data on the label (US size, EU, cm) is exactly the same as on my old pair bought in a sports store, but the shoe measures 2 cm less. It's impossible to exchange, it’s size 46, which is the largest size on the site.
Yesterday I contacted SPSHOE through the "contact us" tab as indicated on the site to request a refund and get an address to return the sneakers since they are too small.
Today they responded telling me to reach out to the post office because the package is marked as delivered in the tracking. OK, that’s not at all what I asked for (grrrr!)
I just replied to them, but I have a bad feeling, I hope they won't drag this out by responding completely off-topic or not at all because I have a 7-day deadline to return the item.
I don’t know if it’s like this for all brands, but here is my unfortunate experience. I really regret my order because I still have no shoes to wear, and even if I get a refund, I will lose money as the return shipping costs will be my responsibility.

Very disappointed with this site!! I wanted to listen to my 16-year-old, I would have been better off not doing it!! I NEVER received my order and it took me three months to get a refund! So I strongly advise against it!! Save your money but don’t buy from them!!

  How did you manage to get a refund? Order placed on 2/08, package stuck in customs... no one can tell me the reason... several emails... 3 weeks later... supposedly they are resending the order... I am still waiting... I filed a complaint with Le Bon Market, which validates bank transactions... still waiting 1 month and 10 days later... while the sneakers were for the start of the school year... since it was their idea and I didn't see that it came from China!!! Not to be confused with the Italian store SPshoe and Sport Shoes, which are very reliable!

it's authentic since I already have one

Last time we ordered was on December 27 and received it on the 31st. And it has always worked like that for us.

Dead laughing, what a huge scam... I just received them, good only for the garden, too bad they have a nice color and shape but the sole is very light, the insole is practically non-existent and above all, it’s not leather, everything is plastic... I'm not sure they won't get wet... I got scammed... too bad for me, but if this can help others, all the better!

There is a phone number of the carrier or the shipping point in France on the package.
The same site has been listed on Amazon.fr... for years but does not sell anything.

I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes, and after 3 months, I've never seen a pair in such a condition. A return was offered to me, I sent them back, and it's been a month that I'm waiting. I've sent several messages, and they say they are supposedly doing research, which just keeps spinning me in circles. I do not recommend them; I'm done. I'd rather pay a little more but at least it’s sure and reliable.

Hello, I received my order after 3 weeks. But super disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!! Even at 3 euros in a store, I wouldn't buy it. No quality!!! No comfort, almost the opposite. Below everything. Big scam. On the Pursh shoes site to specify. I am very angry at myself for being fooled like this!!!! I will talk to my legal insurance about it.
