SND 3600 D2 Slide and Negative Scanner (SILVER CREST)

Hello
I have a Surface WINDOWS tablet with the Windows 8 operating system.
The tablet does not recognize and does not install the driver for the SND 3600 D2 scanner even though the scanner's LED is on.
If I go to the scanner icon on my tablet, nothing appears.
What should we do?
