Hello,
I recently restored the factory settings of my Samsung flat-screen and when the restoration was complete, the images and text were upside down. I tried to enter the hidden menu but my remote control doesn't have the info button. I downloaded the Samsung TV remote app to do it on my smartphone, but my TV does not support this type of connection. I would like to know if there is an alternative solution.
PS: Where I am, it’s not easy to buy an original Samsung remote.

    Hello
    try this:
    Resetting the
    TV settings

    On-screen menu > Support > Auto diagnostic > Reset

    Resets all settings (Picture, Sound, Broadcast, and Smart
    Hub, etc.), except for network settings, to factory settings.
