Creating a bootable USB drive for ReactOS

Hello, I've been trying unsuccessfully to install the OS "reactOS": https://reactos.org/.

I want to install it from a USB drive. I downloaded the official ISO and tried to boot my drive with rufus and then with unetbootin with no success. The BIOS detects the location of my USB drive but the location is empty. I tested on the same drive with lubuntu and it works very well, I don't see where the problem might be... If anyone has solutions to suggest, I'm open to ideas.

A priori, there is no (yet) solution: the USB installation support doesn't work, as it is not advanced enough in development. The installation leads to a crash when the USB driver is loaded during the installation process.

This is detailed on the official wiki (translated here) / or here (source in original version)

I don't understand, I went to see the wiki and they don't say that, they actually detail how to make a bootable USB drive using Rufus...

The message is nonetheless clear:
Warning: with the current versions of ReactOS, USB support IS NOT sufficiently advanced to allow for a successful boot

The Rufus method allows you to create a bootable USB drive, but that doesn't mean it will work; it actually depends on the PC: on some it works, on others it crashes, and you apparently fall into the latter case; your PC is incompatible with this installation mode. It is therefore recommended to do it another way (LiveCD for example).
