Hello,
I have a problem with my PIX MAX PME360 plotter.
During cutting, before or after cutting, it leaves TWO BANDS, TWO LINES at the top and bottom of my image.
Any solution??
Because I don't think it's coming from the software or the printing settings, but rather from the machine itself?

I don't know this model of plotter... Check if there is an option for weeding assistance.
This assistance makes a parallel cut at the beginning and end of the job but also between the lines of text when possible to avoid having to weed over a large area all at once.
Also, check if you have an option "cut around the job."-

Most of the time, it's in the software, as it allows you to choose this option on a case-by-case basis.
However, it would be good to check that you don't have any traces in your file... open it in Illustrator in "trace" mode to visualize the traces without color or thickness...
Your cut might also be a trace that the graphic designer placed right at the edge of the sheet, which could blend in with the edge. -
So that would mean that it's an option I should find on the print page?
No, I don't have any trace on my file, I've tested several logo images including the ones the software offers, but nothing works.
Before starting the image, the machine makes two parallel lines and then begins cutting the image, and these two lines also perforate the material. -

I can't post a photo, but I can't find the nesting.
On my print page, there is no cut around an object.
