Slow upload

Hello everyone,
Here's my issue, I have a website that allows files to be uploaded and downloaded. The storage is done on a NAS server, and the redirection is done with OVH, going to my router then through port 80 to finally reach the site. For downloading, there are no speed issues, but uploading is a different story. When I upload myself from home through the site, it uploads very quickly. But when my neighbor wants to upload a large file, it takes hours. Is that normal, or is there a bottleneck somewhere?

    It all depends on what internet connection your neighbor has; test their connection at https://www.speedtest.net/fr

      We both tested it, and it's almost the same with a download speed of 64 Mbps and an upload speed of 12 Mbps.
      I really feel like it's throttled when someone accesses it.
      Because on my end, it's super fast, even though I'm also going through the OVH redirection.

    the upload speed is far from being the same for everyone, even more so than the download speed,
    it depends on the type of internet connection: ADSL/VDSL/Cable/Fiber .... 4G/LTE, Satellite .....
