TNT channels installation issue

Hello,
I bought a TNT SAT STRONG SRT 7404 terminal last week, I installed it and was having reception problems, the TV kept freezing. I properly adjusted my satellite dish today, the signal is perfect, I reset the terminal to access the adjustment sliders and now, even though the signal is good, it cannot install the channels. Could it be that the card didn't reset as well? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 73.0.3683.90

    If the signal is good, it should work. Are you sure you are on Astra? In the settings, the TNT card is properly inserted with the chip facing up. You need to click OK.
    The search should start.

      The search is not finding any string. I think it's the chip that reset itself when I reset the terminal. Is that possible?

      Yes, I have both sliders green at 90% each.
      The satellite dish is well oriented towards the Astra satellite and the sliders are green.
      I don't understand, it worked well the first time with a lower signal, before I reset the terminal.

    Hello, here is the download link for the latest version of software 1.8V for your SRT7404: https://we.tl/ypxPkLE3s2
    Procedure:
    1- Unzip the folder named SRT7404_1.8v_20170601
    2- Copy the three files directly to the root of the USB drive (no other
    files&)
    3- Connect the USB drive to the SRT7404
    4- Turn on the receiver; the update will be detected automatically
    5- A message proposing the update will appear. Press [OK]
    6- The progress of the update will be displayed on the screen; once finished, the product will turn on
    on TF1.
    If the receiver asks to insert the card while it is already inserted, remove and reinsert the card, and the product will display TF1 after a few seconds.
