Tucson TV Power Issues

Hello, I was just lent a Tucson TV, but I can't turn it on and there are no buttons on the TV to do it manually. What should I do?

Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0

    Hello, I think there are at least 4 small discreet buttons on the right side edge (when you look at the screen) but blended into the black frame

    1 for power
    1 for the menu
    1 for channels
    and 1 for volume

    If it does not turn on with or without the remote, is it powered? Try changing the wall socket.

      Hello, it's nice of you to reply, but I can't seem to find those little buttons and I’ve searched in vain.

    If it’s not really a loan but a recovery from the recycling center, it’s more likely that it was out of order BEFORE and would remain so."
