Saba TV issue

I have a new problem with my Saba Smart TV. It shows that I have Wi-Fi, but when I start YouTube or Netflix, there is no Wi-Fi. Additionally, it indicates that I have no signal to watch channels like TF1, etc. It works with a rooftop antenna. My second TV has a signal, so it's not an antenna issue.
Thanks to anyone who can help…!

    Good evening,
Have you tried swapping the two TVs?
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

And did you do a reset?
Does this TV work with an external source, like a DVD player for example?

No, it doesn't work with a DVD player... and no, I haven't done a reset...
If I reset it, I'm afraid I'll lose my Netflix password that was given to me by someone I'm no longer in contact with.
Thank you in advance for your help!
