Hello,
I just received my portable computer, a Qtech I7 Intel with an Intel graphics card (I think it's integrated). Environment Windows 10.
I have a vertical white bar on the side of the screen about 5 mm wide. Despite various reset attempts to default display settings and different display assignments, nothing works.
When I connect my portable computer via an HDMI cable, the bar remains on the laptop screen but disappears on the external monitor.
Does anyone know what to do to make it disappear?

Does this bar appear as soon as the screen starts up, even before Windows?
If so, those are dead pixels, and there's nothing you can do about it; that part of the screen panel is broken. The screen probably didn't handle the journeys and shocks it has experienced well.
You need to send it back under warranty; since you just received it, that shouldn't be a problem.
However, you can try to fix the screen by forcing the display of colors, etc., or open the PC to reconnect the display cable, as that might also be the issue. But opening it will generally void the warranty; it's up to you to decide.
