The sound from my JBL XTREME is muffled

Hello, I bought my JBL XTREME a year and a half ago and suddenly, from one day to the next, the sound started to be muffled as if it were out of tune... I did reset by pressing the Volume+Play buttons, it reset but the sound remains the same... Help please.

    Hello,

    I have a JBL GO and there are two audio output options (when connected to a PC) of the type "Audio" or "Communication" (I don't have it with me). On the second one the sound is indeed horrible ... See if you can change it in the sound settings.
