    Hello Annette,

    If your message has only one ✔, it means it was sent from your device but your recipient has not yet received your message.

    If your message has two gray ✔✔, it means the message has been successfully sent from your phone and your recipient has received your message but has not yet viewed it.

    If your message has two blue ✔✔, it means the message has been successfully sent from your phone, your recipient has received your message, and has read it.
