Hello, I just received a Mixcder E7 Bluetooth headset to replace my MPOW 059, which emits an unpleasant background noise.
However, the sound from the Mixcder seems muffled, like in an aquarium; when connected via jack, there's slight improvement, but the sound is not as clear as with the MPOW, which is a lower-end headset.
I hope you can help me determine if it's a settings issue or if I need to return it.
