Hello,
I have a Danew Konnect 601 phone and a Windows 8 PC. I would like to transfer the photos I took with my phone to my computer.
I don't know what software to download so that it can recognize my phone and transfer the photos from the phone to the PC.

      Hello after having the same issue and searching without finding anything, I am coming back to you with the solution:

      Once the cable is connected to the PC and the phone

      1) Go to the phone's settings then

      2) In "Connected devices"

      You will find "charge only"

      3) Click on it, and then you can choose "media device" (file transfer)

      Select this option and you will see the folders on your phone displayed, allowing you to transfer files!
