Streaming site for series with French subtitles

Hello,
I can't find streaming sites with series like Charmed, Buffy the Vampire Slayer... the most famous ones but in French subtitles, but there aren't any, I'd like this site to also have the series with subtitles but still, I can't find anything!! Please help me!!????????????????
