Hello, I have a compatibility problem with my Acer Aspire 5735z computer, which originally had Windows Vista and which I upgraded to Windows 7. All my drivers are compatible (graphics card, sound card, etc.), except for Bluetooth. So I went to Acer's website and did everything correctly, but when I install the driver, it shows me no device.

Try to find the component model in the Device Manager and type on Google

    Driver [component model] Windows 7

    It should find the device.

    Hello

On this type of PC, there is probably a key on the keyboard or nearby
    that needs to be activated

Yes, but I changed its operating system with a complete format, so it can't have any Acer shortcuts.

I never talked about a shortcut
on the PC not far from the keyboard on a button
      it must be Bluetooth.

I am equipped with an internal Bluetooth card already because there is a button in front of my screen.

    Hello,

You should have an alert on your card or an unknown device in your device manager.

    Follow this:

    Provide the identification number

Hello, actually the hardware is not recognized at all even as an unknown device so I can't get the identification number.

Not sure if the "bluetooth" module is present, installed.
