SIM card improperly inserted

Hello,

I tried to change the SIM card on my phone but I didn’t use the correct format. I can’t remove this card, is there a way to proceed? Thank you

    I’m really wondering how you managed to introduce it!

    Try to slide it with a straightened paperclip, or with a possibly thinned toothpick.
    If you can’t get anything to work, don’t push it and go to the customer service.
