Hello,
I recently acquired my first external sound card, the Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD, to which I connected a BM-800 via the original XLR cable.
Everything worked perfectly, but I realize that when trying to unplug the XLR cable from the sound card (to reconnect it to an external phantom power supply), it is completely stuck.
I don't see any mechanism to unlock it, neither on the socket nor near the XLR/jack combo port.
Can someone guide me on what to do?
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 65.0

Hello,
Unless I'm mistaken, there is a pin that needs to be pushed down on the female part of the XLR connectors.

In fact, it is not just an XLR socket but a combined XLR/6.35mm jack socket
The socket looks like this

It is said to be "retention spring" type, not having a push tab.
I think you need to pull "a bit hard"

I see nothing that looks like that...

nothing either on the sides.
we can clearly see that there is a recess that would hide the release mechanism, but I can't see how to activate it since the socket covers it.
