Hello,
A friend booked flight tickets on Esky.fr a week ago, but she still hasn't received any email confirmation. However, the tickets have been charged.
I don't know this site. Can someone tell me if it's reliable or not because I'm asking questions
I tried to call them, but they are unreachable

One must read reviews before booking on an unknown site; here, it is clearly a mafia site that takes reservations even for non-existent flights. Thousands of people have been deceived, and yet this mafia can still be found on sites like Kayak.

it's a forum where eSky always responds with the same answer: get in touch with us by email...
but at least, if you enter your booking number, there's a chance they will follow up on your request. By phone, it's a hassle, no one to talk to after 45 minutes, so you hang up.

Hello, if you still haven't heard anything, don't hesitate to call them.
My flight is in 4 days, I called them because I only had the flight confirmation email. After 20 minutes on hold, an agent reassured me, sent me the link to check in, and told me that my boarding passes would be available to print upon receipt, which will be in 48 hours.
So don't hesitate to contact them by phone, even if the wait is long!!

Esky is a site to avoid at all costs.
I booked tickets on their site and since then the flight has been canceled but I haven't received any information from them. I had to call the airline to find out that the flight was canceled.
Moreover, I have been waiting for the refund of the tickets since March.
I do not recommend this site at all, which appears first when searching for a flight.

Hello, you're either doubtful or helpful; they call you on the phone, hurry back, but once it's paid, we can't reach them by phone or even by email anymore, they don't respond, which is quite strange. We had to pay €110 for 2 tickets to confirm the returns on Ryanair because they didn't keep their commitment to do it themselves, which is somewhat pathetic.

I made a mistake using them. I take the lesson to never do business with this company that does not respond to contact and sells services that it does not actually provide.

SCANDALOUS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

We were sold 2 tickets from Paris to Kathmandu with a layover in New Delhi.
No boarding passes. Impossible to get in touch with them.
After lengthy negotiations at each airport going and coming back, our baggage transfer from New Delhi to Paris was cancelled due to a lack of agreement between the two companies!
In conclusion, we had to buy 2 new tickets to not miss our connection with Air France for €850!
Since then, it has been impossible to reach them, let alone get a refund!
It’s SCANDALOUS!

Ryanair is complicit with esky.fr
and never use esky.fr !!!!
they are first-class scammers
they canceled my Ryanair flight, so I took another flight for the next day, Ryanair assuring me that esky would have to refund me for the first one
but they reinstated the canceled flight the same morning and esky (or rather a certain Azdine) refuses to refund me = 366 euros down the drain
moreover, they give a secret email to Ryanair that they refuse to share with the customer, and Ryanair refuses to make any changes to your flight if you don’t provide them with the associated email! what a crazy story!!!
to top it off, when Ryanair assures you that they are transferring your canceled flight and that there’s no need to check in, know that they are lying and you will have to pay an additional 60.50 euros at the time of departure!!!

I booked my round trip flight from Nantes to Malaga on esky last week. The outbound flight went well, but the return was dreadful! Esky sent me my electronic ticket for a departure at 11 am. Upon arriving at the airport, the flight in question was at 6:30 pm. I lost a whole day of my precious vacation and didn’t receive a single email about the changes. I was returning with TUI Belgium using Vueling's schedule. I am disappointed and will no longer be ordering my tickets through esky...

Hello, this site is a scam.... I had the same problem, the tickets were indeed booked with Ryanair but they never sent me the confirmation email with the possibility to print the boarding passes. As a result, I had to threaten Ryanair, who wanted to charge me 55 euros more to issue the boarding passes at the airport. Same for the return.... A site to avoid and stay away from....

Hello,

This travel agency should be absolutely avoided! They gave me incorrect return times and did not send my boarding pass for the return flight. As a result, I was stuck in Morocco on a Sunday with the only option for return being the following Wednesday.
Moreover, they do not answer the phone or hang up if we insist too much. I am waiting for a response to my letter, but the damage is much greater than just a simple refund of our return tickets....

I had a similar problem: the site showed a message indicating that a confirmation would be sent to my email address; I didn't receive anything. Worried, I went to my bank's website to find that my account had been debited the correct amount. I went to the site to check the flight schedule and noticed that one of the times had been changed. I couldn't find a representative to correct the error.
