Hello,

I bought a laptop for my daughter 2 months ago, everything was working until a recent update under Windows 10. Since then, we can't open her account. I can open mine, but it takes a long time to start, and I get a message (sihost.exe..... System warning unknown hard error).... Then while waiting, I get a message: windows was unable to connect to the sensory service. I can't do anything, I can't open the Windows icon. What can I do? Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

Hello,
We have repeatedly faced this issue after Windows updates.
Our setup: we use a standard restricted access session to prevent things from being installed without our knowledge.
We spent hours rebooting our computer (in safe mode and other methods) to regain control.
And I finally understood what was happening: while we authorize the installation of the update with the administrator password from the restricted access session, it does not complete properly.
For some updates now, when there is an update to be done when shutting down our computer, I log out of the session without shutting down, connect to the administrator session, and there, I perform the update and then shut down. Since then, there has been NO issue at all.
I hope this helps some not to encounter the problem anymore, as it is really frustrating and a huge waste of time.
