Forced to search for the channels every time
Hello,
I have a Philips transat decoder, and for some time now, I have to search for my channels every time I turn my TV back on, because when I turn it on, it automatically goes to the mosaic without any other channels. Is there any way to make it so that when I turn it on, it goes directly to a regular channel with all the others, as it used to before? Thank you

Hello,
You must be talking about a "Fransat" decoder, right?
Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power supply, wait five minutes and then plug them back in.
If the problem persists and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
