Hello...
Today I have a big problem regarding an old Google account that I believe I did not validate. I even think it has been deleted.
When I try to log in using my email address, it shows me: "Google Account Not Found." And when I try to log in: "This username is already in use."
How is that possible? I absolutely need this account because I have forgotten the password.
Thank you for getting back to me as soon as possible!

Hello,
Follow Google's instructions here
In summary
- You may have already created a Google account with this username.
- This username may already be used by a third party.
For the last possible scenario that you might be a victim of hacking, which is unfortunately common (someone is impersonating you), you should normally receive a message from Google notifying you and prompting you to change your password
or when you log in from another location (that's geolocation).
1- Check if you have an account here then try to recover it
by following the steps
Info:
- it is impossible to recreate a deleted email address
- if an address has already been used, Google does not reassign an address, even if deleted.
2- You cannot log into your Google account
See here
If you have a smartphone, turn it on if a code is sent to you via SMS
Your password might still be stored in one of your browsers with a bit of luck, otherwise, it will be complicated since you have a ''an old Google account'' and Google may have eventually cleaned up.
See you later
