Graphics card installation for HP 6200 Pro Small Form Factor

Hello,
I'm sorry to bother you, I received my HP Compaq PC for Christmas and there is no graphics card. Since it's a mini tower, I'm not sure which one to use. I tried to install my old graphics card, which is a GT 430 with 1GB, but when I installed it, the PC wouldn't start anymore. I suppose that for a mini tower, you need specially compatible parts. I looked on the internet but couldn't find anything, so I'm reaching out to you. Thank you in advance for your future help.

    Hello, could you provide me with the reference for your PC?
    But normally a graphics card like a Geforce GT 710 from Gigabyte or PNY would do
    the trick, since I think you are talking about these low profile graphics cards (with a slot that has smaller connectors):
