TV locked on USB key

Hello, my Continental Edison TV is stuck on USB, I no longer have the remote control to change the source, and the button on the TV is only for confirming, so I can't switch to TNT. If anyone knows the solution, please.

    Buy another universal remote, note the reference on the back of the TV to get the right model and enter its code...
