Honestech TVR 2.5 recording issue

Hello.
I have a little issue with Honestech TVR 2.5. When I start the TV recording on my PC, it stops 12 seconds later. I need some help please.

    Ouch!!!, a classic and recurring problem on this forum:
    Some of us regular contributors want to warn you, given the desperate messages from users, about getting this type of "cheap" 4-wire key purchased online to work:
    however, there are some "tutorials" on YouTube made by people who have apparently managed to make this equipment work, check them out

    For our part, we only recommend the "Dazzle" box, reliable, well-known, and widespread, fully delivered with editing software and compatible with Windows 10, but it costs around €60
