Hello,
I have an old Bluesky tube TV from a supermarket.
My remote control is no longer working.

The TV only has a power button, a - button, and a + button
to switch from channels 0 to 99 without an AV option.
There are no buttons on the side of the TV to switch to AV mode.

How can I access AV mode without a remote control?

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.80

There are universal remote controls for multiple brands, what is the full reference of this TV?

Thank you

I did it forward and backward 0 to 99 and 99 to 0

My SCART socket is being used by a cable going to my satellite terminal, which unfortunately has three wires... SCART cable - 3 wires
Because with my old SCART VCR... the AV mode is set up directly

But when I unplug the SCART cable and plug in the other one, I lose the AV mode

Yes, because older VCRs sent a switching voltage via SCART
And your satellite receiver doesn't have a SCART?
Otherwise, you should be able to find a compatible remote control.

Thank you

I found in my boxes a kind of small interface (like at Boulanger, a male SCART connector and 3 male RCA plugs with the Input Output button.... it doesn't activate the AV mode... like a SCART to SCART cable from my VCR can do....

As mentioned before, it is the VCR that sent a switching voltage; it is possible to tinker with a SCART connector by sending 12 volts to pin 8, see here:

No, it's a small box.....

With the remote control, I went to the supermarket. There were only remote controls
for LG TVs...

My Samsung Galaxy J3 mobile phone is not equipped with IR either.... to serve as a remote control.

Thank you
This is a Bluesky Model NR BK36N SN10802898

I no longer have the access code for remote configuration.

Ok thanks

Can we check if the problem might not come from the infrared reception side of the TV ...

Do you have the original remote control?
Try aiming it with a digital camera that can see infrared and manipulate it.

Yes, I have the remote control

I did it with my Samsung Galaxy J3 phone (it doesn't have IR to use as a remote control)
I do get a red light when pressing a button

I found a remote control, a Wallis Universal CE 90 71 05 89, which gives a white light
but with no effect.. but I don't have the manual to implement it...

So I'm starting to doubt the reception on the TV side?

Regarding whether it's possible to convert the 3-pin output of my satellite terminal to a Scart connector?

But you're welcome, and how did you solve your problem?

I had replaced the SCART cable of the VCR ... which was indeed sending the AV signal ...
with a SCART - RCA cable + RCA - SCART interface either input or output
this AV signal must then be lost due to the SCART RCA

ok I'm going to tinker
