Low-Quality Image from Word to PDF Conversion

Hello,
My Word document includes a header image in PNG format.
As soon as I save my document as a PDF, this image is of poor quality.
How can I improve the quality?

    The Yclick method should be tried first.
    If you encounter difficulties, I have another trick that I use when I have the same problem as you.

    1- Take a screenshot of your Word page that includes
    text and an image (your header)
    2- Convert this screenshot .png to an image .jpeg
    3- Convert it to .pdf using an online software (nothing to install)

      and thank you for your response. That's a very good tip!
      I also found a second one later, which is to print the Word document in PDF Architect and the image retains its quality.
